Do you take returns or exchanges?

No, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized items. If we make an error in monogramming, please contact us and we will make it right!

How do I know what size to choose?

Please see our size charts for A-lines, shortall & longalls.  The A-line tends to run a little big.  The shortalls and longalls tend to run a little small.  Please check the size chart to verify the best fit!!

What shipping method do you use?

We ship via USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes 2-3 days for delivery.  We are happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases!

How long will it take to make my custom item?

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your custom item to be made.  If you need an item quickly, please contact us and we will try to accomodate you whenever possible.
